Questeq is on the rise for 2013.  With a 17% growth in employees during Q1, we are projecting another 20 new positions at 11 new school district sites in Q2 and Q3.

Additionally Questeq is happy to welcome back Jim Klingelhoefer to the team!  Jim will be working on a part-time basis focusing on special projects directly related to our rapid growth.

Questeq Certified Engineers

Questeq team members will be mentored and observed to verify they possess the skills and exhibit the behaviors required of a successful Desktop engineer. In order to achieve this field certification and earn the Desktop Engineer certificate; team members must successfully complete all training objectives and pass an evaluation in each area listed below:

Customer Skills
– Engineer possesses the communication and work skills to deal with day to day customer needs and can effectively handle difficult situations.

Technical Skills – Engineer possesses the skills and knowledge to maintain, install, upgrade and troubleshoot all assigned IT devices and software.

Administrative Skills – Engineer can follow all administrative and work processes and can provide feedback for process improvement.  Engineer can learn and follow all customer site processes.
 
In addition, team members must:
  • Pass all clearances (Act 33 & 34 and Fingerprinting)
  • Completes one successful year as a Questeq Help Desk or Desktop Engineer
