
Questeq team members will be mentored and observed to verify they possess the skills and exhibit the behaviors required of a successful Desktop engineer. In order to achieve this field certification and earn the Desktop Engineer certificate; team members must successfully complete all training objectives and pass an evaluation in each area listed below:
Customer Skills – Engineer possesses the communication and work skills to deal with day to day customer needs and can effectively handle difficult situations.
Technical Skills – Engineer possesses the skills and knowledge to maintain, install, upgrade and troubleshoot all assigned IT devices and software.
Administrative Skills – Engineer can follow all administrative and work processes and can provide feedback for process improvement. Engineer can learn and follow all customer site processes.
In addition, team members must:
- Pass all clearances (Act 33 & 34 and Fingerprinting)

Completes one successful year as a Questeq Help Desk or Desktop Engineer
