Managed Site

All of our Managed Site clients begin with a Technology Planning Process. This provides school districts with a realistic technology plan that maximizes budgeted funds, gains stakeholder support and achieves educational objectives. During this process we conduct a needs assessment and together with your internal team set a technology vision and develop a customized plan for your district.

Once the plan is approved, we assemble your team. We provide technology professionals that function as your district's entire IT department. These professionals meet your day-to-day IT network support needs with a combination of in-person staff and a remote services team that monitors and manages your entire infrastructure and network.

Once your team is in place and your plan is put into action, Questeq works with your team to create a Technology Council that provides status reports, one-year reassessments and ongoing assistance to make sure every step of your school district's technology vision is carried out effectively.
