  • Director of Technology – The Director of Technology is accountable for on-site operation management and overall contract compliance, as well as communication between Questeq and your school district.
  • Desktop Engineer – Desktop Engineers are responsible for day-to-day break-fix and preventative maintenance on endpoint devices, network peripherals and client software at one or more assigned client sites.
  • Infrastructure Engineer – Infrastructure Engineers are responsible for the integrity and development of the client's network and servers.





HR Management

Your new team member undergoes state background checks and a thorough interview process. Once hired, we manage all HR processes including paychecks, healthcare and other benefits.

Maintain Control

The hired individuals become members of your internal team, reporting directly to your Director of Technology or IT department head. Together we annually evaluate performance through a formal review.
