With our experience in the K-12 market, we know which hardware and software products perform best and only recommend products that we can personally vouch deliver consistent and positive results. Our extensive experience in the K-12 market helps school districts make sense of the myriad features and benefits of the many solutions available. Our criteria for evaluating solutions include:

• Proven Technology – We only choose products that are proven effective in the K-12 environment.
   
• Best Value – The most expensive software or hardware on the market doesn't mean it's the best. We evaluate each product we use based on its cost and effectiveness in the classroom.
   
• Ease of use – We ensure the products we use are easy to use for staff, faculty and students. We offer training on products when applicable and ensure that all of our clients are up to date on upgrades and software versions.
   

For school districts that choose our Managed Site service, we work closely with the administration to manage the procurement process. We manage the complete installation and upgrade of each piece of hardware and software.

For school districts that we service through our Remote Services, we use uniform applications to monitor and manage networks. In addition, we provide consultative services and installation of hardware on an as needed basis.
