Dashboards
Central Monitor, with its
distributed architecture, must be capable of organizing and displaying
large volumes of status information in a manner suitable for both
business and technical users. Our industry-leading dashboard system is
designed to do exactly this. This system can aggregate status
information from many different devices across multiple locations and
present them in an easily understandable manner that helps your staff
be more productive. The dashboard system is separated into components
designed for different audiences. These elements provide unparalleled
customizability and workflow.
Technical Operations Views
The All Devices View and NOC
View are designed to provide up-to-date critical information to
technical staff. The All Devices View provides insight into the overall
status of each managed device to facilitate troubleshooting and network
configuration. The NOC View is designed to provide a real-time view
into network status by providing a detailed dashboard showing only the
alerts requiring attention. This dashboard can be filtered by state,
and sorted by device, incident start time, status, or acknowledgement
status. This view provides access to the incident acknowledgement
system as well as access to reporting and service status information.
In short, everything your staff needs to respond to critical issues.
My View
The My View system provides the
ability for end users to create their own status views. Central
Monitor's flexible dashboard system allows you to create private
dashboards giving you a one-stop shop to get immediate, up-to-date
network information.
My Links
The platform's My Links
capability allows you to create links from within Central Monitor to
other Web-based services and products. This allows quick and simple
access to other online resources. Support staff can use this feature to
create shortcuts to commonly used tools saving time and removing the
need to repeatedly log in.
