Jason King promoted to Chief Operating Officer

Jason King

I’m very pleased to announce the promotion of Jason King to the position of Chief Operating Officer for Questeq.

Jason has been with Questeq for over three years serving as the Director of Technology at North Hills School District (NHSD).  He has consistently excelled in customer relations, problem resolution, and with employee team-building and development.  Under his leadership, we transitioned NHSD from a one person staffing agreement to a total outsource of the entire IT department.  Jason is known as a team player and for his ability to overcome problems during challenging times. In addition to his duties at NHSD, Jason has been helping Questeq refine and further develop our Educational Technology Management (ETM) model to meet the changing needs of our customers.  Jason’s contributions have been instrumental in the remarkable growth we have been experiencing.

Jason adds, “Questeq is family oriented company and that culture translates naturally to the relationships it has in the educational community. As a father of two, my children attend school at a customer district and it is extremely rewarding to contribute to the efforts of enhancing their learning environment through the proper application of technology. It is my goal to perpetually improve the Questeq offering and work with our talented staff to continue this progression throughout the commonwealth of Pennsylvania and beyond.”

In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Jason is responsible for our Educational Technology Management (ETM) service model including Questeq Directors of Technology and our supporting operating unit’s including Project Services, Network Operations Center and Help Desk Services.    Jason’s primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness and customer satisfaction by providing leadership and process improvement.  Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

Congratulations, Jason!
